We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at a flat rate, depending on your location.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been processed and shipped.


Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kyrsha Attaf. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • You must contact us at info@kyrshaattaf.com before returning any item.

Once your return is approved, shipping instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the product meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items returned after the 2-day window
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
