Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• You must contact us at info@kyrshaattaf.com before returning any item.

Once your return is approved, shipping instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• If the product meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (cardholder).
• Refunds may take 15-30 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Used or opened products
• Items returned after the 2-day window
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cancellations may not be possible.
